Elliot S. Kessler, CPA

Prior to forming Topping Kessler with David and Jerome Topping, Elliot was a Senior Tax Manager with the Miami office of Deloitte where he worked for seven years.

 

He has extensive experience with tax issues affecting high net worth taxpayers, estates and trusts, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations and the real estate industry.  Elliot also provides advice and guidance to clients on estate and gift tax planning matters.

 

In addition, Elliot has in-depth knowledge concerning US tax matters related to international activity including inbound and outbound investment, U.S. expatriates, and foreign nationals.

 

Elliot is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Miami with a Master of Science in Taxation. He was awarded an Elijah Watt Sells High Distinction Certificate for his scores on the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Examination. Elliot has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida since 1988.
